Support in EU tender preparation, AGV coordination, and technical system planning.
Malmö Hospital required support in the negotiation phase of an EU tender for a hospital logistics system. The project included technical specification work, supplier dialogue, offer evaluation, and coordination of a complex multi-brand AGV setup.
A key part of the assignment was helping define a system framework that could support reliable transport flows, clearer tender material, and stronger long-term operational coordination across the logistics environment.
Process improvement in manufacturing for a Danish stainless steel producer
Production planning, bottleneck management, and operational improvement in manufacturing.
This project focused on process improvement in manufacturing for a Danish stainless steel producer with 480 employees. The work combined production planning, process analysis, IT-supported prioritisation, and interim operational leadership to improve flow and strengthen daily control.
The result was a major improvement in delivery performance, reduced work in progress, and better allocation of resources across bottlenecks in both production and administrative processes.
